They answered the phone when i called early on a monday morning and gave a 4 hour window of when the repair man would arrive.

They scheduled an appointment with me for the next morning. Unfortunately the washer had been damaged so i refused delivery and they sent another one out two days later. He arrived a short time later. His appliances always come in great condition and have always worked like a charm.
